Kerguezec Manoir is listed in the archives since about 1427.
The property was handed down in marriage, from the Kerguisé family to the Le Senechal family until the end of the XVII century when the main house, due to a fire was destroyed.
From the days of nobless, the windmill and the fountain have since disappeared but you can still see the remains of the chapel and the local oven. The magnificant dovecote remains intact.
